Platform Provider Disclaimer

Eight Fold Cr8ation is a digital creative agency that provides software platform infrastructure to Wear Anaiah under a paid subscription agreement. Eight Fold Cr8ation's role is limited exclusively to:

• Designing, building, and maintaining the technical software platform
• Providing platform-level tools including product management, order management, SMS notifications, and payment gateway integrations
• Collecting monthly or annual subscription fees from Wear Anaiah for platform access

Eight Fold Cr8ation does NOT:

• Sell, supply, or distribute any fashion products or goods
• Receive, hold, process, or disburse any customer payments
• Enter into any commercial contract with customers of Wear Anaiah
• Employ, manage, or direct any staff of Wear Anaiah
• Participate in or bear responsibility for product sourcing, quality control, or fulfilment
• Have any ownership interest in Wear Anaiah or its inventory
• Act as agent, partner, or representative of Wear Anaiah

All customer queries, complaints, refund requests, and order issues must be directed to Wear Anaiah / Anaiah Naa A. Tetteh-Mensah directly. Eight Fold Cr8ation does not have authority to respond to or resolve customer commercial matters.

All customer payments for purchases made through the Wear Anaiah platform are received directly by Anaiah Naa A. Tetteh-Mensah / Wear Anaiah via MTN Mobile Money or other designated payment channels. Eight Fold Cr8ation does not receive, process, or have access to any customer payment funds at any time.

Eight Fold Cr8ation's only income from this arrangement is the monthly or annual platform subscription fee paid by Wear Anaiah as the platform subscriber. This fee is entirely separate from any customer transactions.

Eight Fold Cr8ation expressly disclaims all liability for:

• The quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of any products sold by Wear Anaiah
• Any failure by Wear Anaiah to deliver orders or honour commitments to customers
• Any financial loss, personal injury, or other harm suffered by customers of Wear Anaiah
• Any tax obligations, regulatory compliance, or licensing requirements of Wear Anaiah
• Any misrepresentation, fraud, or negligent conduct by Wear Anaiah or its principals
• Any disputes between Wear Anaiah and her customers, suppliers, or third parties

Eight Fold Cr8ation will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses suffered by Wear Anaiah or its customers arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

The platform integrates with third-party services including Paystack (payments), Arkesel (SMS), Cloudinary (images), and Google Maps (tracking). Eight Fold Cr8ation is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of these third-party providers.

Wear Anaiah / Anaiah Naa A. Tetteh-Mensah is an independent business entity. Nothing in the platform subscription arrangement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between Eight Fold Cr8ation and Wear Anaiah.
