Wear Anaiah is a fashion retail business founded and operated by Anaiah Naa A. Tetteh-Mensah, based in Ghana. We sell clothing, accessories, and fashion items through our online platform.

• All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. We will notify you promptly if an item you have ordered is out of stock.

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items at the stated price. Your order is confirmed when you receive an SMS or email confirmation from us.
• We accept payments via MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and bank cards through our secure payment gateway (Paystack).
• All payments are received directly by Wear Anaiah. We do not store your card details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where payment is not received or where fraud is suspected.

• We deliver within Accra and to major cities across Ghana. Delivery fees and estimated times are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address.
• If a delivery is missed, we will contact you via SMS or phone to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

You may return or exchange items within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
• The item is not a final sale, custom, or bespoke order
• Proof of purchase is provided

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or through your account portal at wearanaiah.gh.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

We provide a size guide and, where you have created an account with your measurements, personalised size recommendations. These are provided as guidance only. Size recommendations are not a guarantee of fit. We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before purchasing.

• You may create an account to access order history, save your size profile, and manage your wishlist.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages relating to your orders (e.g. order confirmations, dispatch notifications, delivery alerts).

If you opt in to marketing communications, you will receive promotional SMS messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any marketing SMS.

SMS messaging is powered by Arkesel, a third-party SMS service provider. Message delivery is subject to network availability.

• Our loyalty programme awards points for qualifying purchases, reviews, and referrals.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.

All content on wearanaiah.gh — including images, text, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Wear Anaiah and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

• Wear Anaiah's liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our platform.
• We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third-party delivery, payment, or technology service provider.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
